Boilabin remains my main entrepreneurial focus. I founded it, built the product from front to back, and currently run it while continuing to improve the storefront, backend, and operational systems. Private architecture, suppliers, customer data, and unreleased work stay out of the public copy.
Continuing the experimental tokenizer, data, training, checkpoint, inference, and desktop-software work without turning it into a production claim.
The experiment remains under development. The point is to understand the connected language-model system through implementation, not to present an unverified benchmark or release promise.
Replacing the former site with a crawlable, multi-page workshop that makes website and custom software work clear first.
The new site is being built from an empty active tree. Its first job is commercial clarity; the workshop metaphor, project stories, writing, and motion support that job rather than hiding it.
