The product I spend the most time on
Boilabin is a Bangladesh-focused ecommerce marketplace I founded, built, and currently run. It is the project that ties together most of what I care about: product decisions, interface quality, commerce, operations, and the less visible systems that keep all of those pieces connected.
I built the product front to back. That includes the storefront people browse and buy through, the backend and database behind it, and the operational side: accounts, listings, order flow, and the admin tools used to manage the product day to day.
Building it is only half the job
Running a marketplace means the work does not stop when a feature ships. Real use exposes awkward interactions, missing edge cases, and performance problems that were easy to miss in development. I keep working through those details instead of treating the first functional version as finished.
The public case study stays focused on what I can show honestly. Private code, customer data, suppliers, and operational details remain private.
What comes next
Boilabin is still being improved. I am adding features, tightening performance, and refining the experience as the product grows. A future invitation-only seller programme is also being considered for selected brands; it is not a general seller-registration promise.
